🚀 Big news: AI Drafts (beta) are now live for early users!
As of today, HeyHelp can draft replies to your emails, just like a real executive assistant would.
I recorded a quick video to walk you through how it works and how to get the most out of it, so don’t skip it! In a nutshell:
↳ Your AI knowledge page: We’ve added a place for you to tell HeyHelp about your role, company, tone, and preferences. The more context you give, the better your replies will sound: in your voice, with the right level of formality and detail.
↳ Replies only when needed: HeyHelp only drafts emails that genuinely require a response. If key info is missing or something’s unclear, it adds placeholders for you to review, just like a smart assistant would.
↳ ‘HH-Draft’ tag: All AI-generated drafts are automatically tagged with ‘HH-Draft’ so you can easily find, review, and track them separately from your own.
