Today’s update brings the results from Poll #1 and a handful of new UX improvements that make HeyHelp feel smoother and smarter to use.
What’s new:
These improvements are live today.
🙅♂️ No more API quota limits
We’re migrating to an all-inclusive model, using our own API key. Bringing your own key (and choosing your AI provider) will remain available, but optional.
Want to be among the first users to experience the migration? Just hit reply and let me know. We’re starting as early as next week.
✨ Improved rate limiting
We’ve also shipped improvements to the rate limiting, so if you’re using Gemini’s free Tier, you should reach your quota limit a lot less often now. [Read more].
🧩 Vote #2: This week’s question

Option 1: Last 300 emails (fixed number)

OR
Option 2: Last 14 days of emails (fixed timeframe)
