HeyHelp Update #16 | 9th December 2025

By 9 December 2025No Comments

A quick update from us, and a big one for anyone who prefers more control over when AI steps in.

What’s new:

Our AI Drafts just got some serious upgrades, including the ability to manually generate them by simply applying a label to an email.

✨ Manually trigger an AI Draft
You can now generate a draft on demand. Just apply the label • ✨ AI Draft to any email, and HeyHelp will instantly create a reply for you.

This gives you predictable, on-the-spot help whenever you decide you need it.

🧠 Drafts that sound even more like you
HeyHelp now identifies unique patterns in your writing style based on your recent sent emails. Replies should feel even more natural, and we’ll keep refining this over time.

⏱️ Smarter logic for automatic Drafts
We’re tuning when HeyHelp auto-generates drafts so you get help only when it’s truly useful. We’re improving this weekly based on real-world usage and your feedback.

What’s next:

We’re getting ready to introduce team structure in HeyHelp so you can onboard and manage your whole team under one workspace. As part of that, we need your input on how drafting should work in a team environment👇.

🧩 Vote #3: Which Drafting style for teams do you prefer?

Option 1: Keep it personal (each teammate has their own tone).

Option 2: Shared team style (admins define a consistent writing tone).
